RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy governs the terms under which NVRFOUND accepts returns and processes refunds or replacements.
1. GENERAL POLICY
NVRFOUND does not accept returns or refunds for:

Size or fit issues (exchanges available — see below)

Style or color preference

Buyer's remorse
Returns are accepted only for:

Manufacturing defects

Damaged products received
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe: Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Condition: Product must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In original packaging with all tags intact

Accompanied by the original invoice
Proof: Clear photographs or an unboxing video may be requested to validate the defect or damage.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Reason for return (manufacturing defect or damage)

Photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of approval or rejection.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
If your return is approved:

We will bear the return shipping cost for defective or damaged items

Return pickup will be arranged by our courier partner (where serviceable)

In non-serviceable areas, you may be asked to self-ship the product; we will reimburse return shipping charges upon receipt and inspection
5. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 3 business days.
If the return passes inspection, you will be offered:

Replacement (same product, different size if requested and available)

Store Credit (non-transferable, valid for 90 days)
No cash refunds are offered except where required under applicable law, including cases of order cancellation by NVRFOUND, confirmed manufacturing defect where replacement is unavailable, or incorrect product delivery attributable to NVRFOUND.”
6. REJECTED RETURNS
We reserve the right to reject a return if:

The product fails quality inspection (used, washed, or damaged by customer)

Original tags, packaging, or invoice are missing

The return request was made beyond 7 days

The product was not approved for return in advance
Rejected products will be returned to you at your cost.
7. EXCHANGES (SIZE ISSUES)
If you receive the correct product but need a different size:

Exchanges are available, subject to stock availability

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

You will bear the return shipping cost

We will ship the replacement size at no additional cost

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

9. STORE CREDIT TERMS
Store credit issued in lieu of a refund:

Is non-transferable and linked to your account

Is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance

Cannot be redeemed for cash

Cannot be combined with other promotional codes
10. REFUND TIMELINE
If a cash refund is exceptionally approved (e.g., order cancellation by NVRFOUND), it will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
