These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NVRFOUND website ("Website"), operated by JPEGS CREATIVE PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in JP Nagar, Bangalore, 560078, India ("NVRFOUND", "we", "us", or "Company").

By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using any services provided by NVRFOUND, you ("User", "Customer", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

 

 

1. DEFINITIONS

"Account" means Your registered profile on the Website.
 "Order" means A confirmed purchase request for products offered by NVRFOUND.
 "Products" means T-shirts, apparel, and merchandise sold by NVRFOUND.
 "Dispatch Days" means Wednesdays and Fridays, when orders are shipped.
 "Store Credit" means a non-transferable credit issued to your registered account in lieu of a refund, valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and redeemable only on the Website.

 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using the Website, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

 

 

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To place an order, you may be required to create an Account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account

You are solely responsible for all activity under your Account. NVRFOUND is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to your negligence.

 

 

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or photography.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify product listings without prior notice

  • Discontinue any product at any time

  • Correct pricing or description errors, even after an order is placed

 

 

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Digital Wallets (via Razorpay)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Payment is processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party gateway. NVRFOUND does not store your payment information.

 

 

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or modify any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, misuse of the Website, or violation of these Terms.

  • If an order is cancelled by NVRFOUND after payment, a refund or store credit shall be issued in accordance with applicable law within 7–10 business days.

 

 

7. SHIPPING POLICY

Summary:

  • Orders ship every Wednesday and Friday by 3:00 PM IST

  • Free delivery across India

  • Estimated delivery: 5–6 business days (subject to courier performance)

  • No international shipping at this time

 

 

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Summary:

  • Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects or damaged items, subject to verification

  • No returns for change of mind, size issues, or style selection.

  • Exchanges available for size issues (subject to stock availability)

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Replacement or store credit offered (no cash refunds)

  • No cash refunds are offered except where required under applicable law, including but not limited to cases of order cancellation by NVRFOUND, non-delivery, or incorrect product delivery attributable to NVRFOUND

 

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including logos, graphics, text, and design, is the exclusive property of JPEGS CREATIVE PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent

  • Use NVRFOUND branding for commercial purposes

  • Reverse-engineer or scrape data from the Website

 

 

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Upload harmful code, viruses, or malware

  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions

  • Post false reviews or misleading information

Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account.

 

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVRFOUND shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Delays or failures caused by courier partners, payment gateways, or force majeure events

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights.


 

 

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold NVRFOUND harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Website

  • Violation of third-party rights

 

 

13. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

 

 

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

 

 

15. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
