SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the dispatch, transit, and delivery of orders placed through the NVRFOUND website, operated by JPEGS CREATIVE PRIVATE LIMITED.

 


 

1. DISPATCH SCHEDULE

All orders are dispatched twice a week:

  • Every Wednesday by 3:00 PM IST

  • Every Friday by 3:00 PM IST

Orders placed after dispatch cutoff times will be included in the next scheduled dispatch.

 


 

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

 


 

3. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Estimated delivery: 5–6 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner performance

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen delays

NVRFOUND does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

 


 

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Free delivery across India on all orders.

 


 

5. SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout, and no payment will be processed.

 


 

6. SHIPPING PARTNER

Orders are shipped via third-party courier services. Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

  • Tracking link via email

You are responsible for monitoring your shipment using the tracking information provided.

 


 

7. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The package may be returned to our facility (RTO). In such cases:

  • Original shipping charges remain non-refundable

  • Re-dispatch will require confirmation and advance payment of re-shipping charges

 


 

8. RISK & LIABILITY

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, NVRFOUND is not liable for:

  • Delays in transit

  • Loss, theft, or damage during shipping

  • Orders marked "delivered" but not received by the customer

For such issues, please contact the courier partner directly using the tracking details provided. While responsibility for transit is shared with courier partners, NVRFOUND will assist customers in resolving delivery issues on a best-effort basis in accordance with applicable law.”

 


 

9. PRE-ORDERS

Certain products may be available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering

  • Dispatch timelines are estimated and subject to change

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted except as required under applicable law.

 


 

10. FORCE MAJEURE

NVRFOUND shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or courier service disruptions.
